Our Leadership
The firm has two leadership teams, The Board and the Executive Team. The two teams work together to implement the firms strategy, financial performance, risk management, operational issues and ensure excellent services to our clients and staff.
The Board
The Board comprises the Chair, Chief Executive Officer, five elected Board members, two independent Board members and the Chief Financial Officer. The Global Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and independent Board members are appointed by the Board. The Board is responsible for strategic direction, management oversight, remuneration strategy, reputational integrity and overall governance of the firm.

The Law Firm Executive Team is comprised of the heads of our five divisions (Corporate; Data Protection & Cyber; Disputes & Investigations; Employement Pensions & Mobility and Law Firm Advance); head of clients; head of region; our chief financial officer; chief operating officer; chief people officer; chief technology officer; chief business development officer; general counsel; chief marketing officer, led by our CEO. The Executive Team drives the execution of strategy across the firm.
