Hamza Bazed heads the Real Estate team in the Dar es salaam. He is an experienced transactional lawyer with a strong property background and a proven track record of property, financing and energy transactions. Hamza has worked on many high-profile transactions in Tanzania over a period of more than 10 years. He is also regularly in charge of real estate construction and development matters.
Fluent in Swahili and English, Hamza advises both domestic and international clients in complex transactions in various industry sectors. Hamza is a member of ARTN (Tanzania Association for Development of the Real Estate Market) and of the Real Estate Committee of Dar es salaam and regularly attends real estate related conferences and seminars as a speaker or panel member.
He is the author of numerous articles on real estate law and the chapter on the Tanzania Republic in a widely used publication about African real estate law.
